Document momentous events with our highly talented corporate event photographers. We work the room capturing key points from your event whilst flying under the radar, you won’t even notice we are shooting. The objective is to produce the most natural of images, whilst creating memories from your event that you can share on your socials.

HOW IT WORKS
ALL WE NEED IS AN EMPTY ROOM
All we need is an empty ‘medium’ sized room with approx 13 ft x 13 ft of free space with available plug sockets. As you can see in this graphic, we arrive with a professional pop-up studio without compromising the quality we offer at our studio.
BACKGROUND OF YOUR CHOICE
We offer any background colour of your choice. The most versatile tone is light grey. With light grey it is possible to remove the tone in post production and add any specific colour combination you may wish to adopt. We can also create images in your environment, get in touch to discuss this option further.
WE ARRIVE BY TAXI
No need to supply parking for the team, we arrive by taxi. If you need our full names for security purposes we can supply crew members names a few days before the shoot.
30 MINUTE SET-UP
We set-up 30 minutes before the shoot starts. Please clear any tables and chairs from the centre of the room before we arrive. We need a further 30 minutes to pack-down and return to the studio to process the images.
ALLOW 10 MINS PER PERSON
Please create a list of first names and surnames of the people you will need us to photograph. Please allocate staff members into 10 minute slots, we will be able to label their folders during the shoot, making it it easier to identify them before the retouching process starts.
DROPBOX
We aim to get you all your images either on the same day or within 24 hours. We use DropBox to store your images and we encourage you to download the files to your computers and store them on your servers.
AIRBRUSHING
If airbrushing is included in your package, our team will be able to process your order once all the relevant picture numbers from each person in your team has been collated. Allow 10 working days for most orders to be processed.
PAYING INVOICES
You can pay an invoice within 30 days. We accept bank transfer or over the phone using a company credit card. We kindly request you quote our invoice reference number if processing your payment via bank transfer.

From there we will send you a tailored quote detailing everything that you need to know, we aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 hours. Bringing our portable studio to you, we add value to every Headshot taken by adding a free retouched image per person, we also provide a complimentary 5 minute makeover that enhances your headshots.
