CONSIDER YOUR OUTFIT
There's no rules as to what should or shouldn't wear, however over the years we have found that strong colours and pastel colours work best when patterns are minimised. If you are wearing a tie, focus on the knot, and if you are wearing a shirt, make sure it's ironed and consider complimenting it with a jacket.
MAKE THE EFFORT
We bring one of our makeup artists with us to give each person a quick 5 minute makeover as we know how much value final touches adds to the images. However you still need to arrive looking your best, and ready for the shoot.
KEEP THE BACKGROUND SIMPLE
Indoor shoots look better than outdoor shoots, as you can control more of the variables, outside you are at the mercy of the elements. Ensure that you look at the camera, a common mistake that people make is looking past the camera and off into the distance. By making direct eye contact you look switched on and engaged with your audience.
